Our fourth album and one that's stylistically a little more all over the place then the records that came before it. We often run the gamut to heavy metal and the lighter side of alternative, but this one has a few softer songs (at least sonically if not thematically) and the fastest song we've recorded ("Goodbye Good Guy") as well as the most bone-crushing ("Neanderthal") and most Black Sabbath like tune we've done yet ("Morgan Le Fay"). Also included is the live favorite, "Eat Out My Heart".

We did this one all at Smart Studios in Madison and recorded it over the third week of November in 2006, we mixed it shortly before Christmas that same year.
